Objectives and key results (OKR)
Maybe this abbreviation is new to you so let us introduce OKRs, Objective and Key Results. It is a convenient tool to track not only the goals of your organization but also the growth goals. Somehow they combine the agile tactics with the SMART approach to goal-setting. Here, you have an objective, a time frame (say, a month or three months), and three key results to measure and monitor your progress.
In this template, you can motivate everybody in your team to achieve personal OKRs thus spiriting up your collective and boosting the motivation. Making it a Kanban board, you can let everybody keep track of anybody’s progress—or customize it any way you like.
