You can purchase more credits, Simply go to Workspace Settings -> Subscription -> Addons and get as many as you need.
Here’s an example to help you calculate how much your team might need. If you’re summarizing a document with about 20,000 characters or 5000 words, you will consume 5 credits. The same can be said for translating a 30 minute call for an example.
The credits you buy work for the entire workspace, so all users can use them.
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time by using your account settings in the platform.

No, you don't need any previous technical experience to use Workiom's tools. You can check out our help center to get useful information, or contact our support team at any time.
No, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal date, you will still have access to the features you paid for until the end of your subscription. If your subscription expires, you will lose access to all paid features and data associated with it.
