Your Mission
We’re looking for a motion designer who knows how to capture attention—and keep it. Someone who can turn abstract SaaS concepts into seconds-long stories that spark clarity, curiosity, and conversion.
What You’ll Own
- Define and evolve Workiom’s motion identity—from product explainers to micro-interactions and brand teasers.
- Create high-impact videos, animations, and interactive assets for social, ads, onboarding, and beyond.
- Collaborate with content, growth, and product marketing to bring the funnel to life—visually and emotionally.
- Lead on from concept to storyboard to final cut across campaigns and product touchpoints.
Who You Are
- A creative motion thinker with a sharp eye for narrative, rhythm, and visual clarity.
- Skilled in After Effects, Premiere, or Resolve—and confident using AI-powered tools like Runway, Pika, or similar.
- You know how to work with writers, designers, and developers—and turn abstract concepts into motion-first stories.
Bonus if you...
- Have experience in SaaS, B2B, or product-focused environments.
- Have contributed to UI/UX motion (e.g., microinteractions, walkthroughs).
- Understand sales funnels and how motion supports conversions.
- Can design across formats—from social shorts to animated explainers and tutorials.
