Main Functionality

1. To disable/enable assign notifications for user type field
2. Notify will be set to disabled by default

How To use

• Method 1:
  1. Under any view go to fields
  2. Go to the user fields you’d like to disable/enable notifications on
  3. Click the 3 dots menu next to the field
  4. Next to notify you can enable/disable assign notifications

• Method 2:
  1. In grid view hover over the column header
  2. Click the 3 dots menu that will appear next to the field
  3. Next to notify you can enable/disable assign notifications

Main functionality

1. To collect reports from different Apps and list and present them in one customizable page

How To use

1. Click Dashboards from the Sidebar
2. Click + Dashboard
3. Select the:
   - Name
   - Color
   - Icon
   - Description
4. Then click Create The add report dialogue will appear
5. Start by selecting the app under which the report you’d like to add is located
6. Check all the reports you’d like to add
7. Then click done, All the reports you selected will be stored in the dashboard

Sharing options:

1. You can also share the  dashboard with your teammates
2. You can invite them either as:
   - Owner: They can edit any and everything in the dashboard
   - Read only: They will only have view access to the dashboard

Customize dashboard

1. You can drag and drop reports to change their locations.
2. You can also expand/minimize most report types.

Pin to Dashboard 📌

• Reports can be easily added to dashboard by:
  1.  Going to the report
  2. Click on the 3 dots menu
  3. Click pin to dashboard
  4. Select the Dashboard you’d like to pin the report to.

3.1- Horizontal Barchart

Main functionality

1. Now you can flip the bar chart to be horizontal instead  of vertical

How to use:

1. Hover over the report
2. Click the char orientation icon
3. You’re good to go
   
   

3.2 - Limit Group Count

Main functionality

1. To limit the number of number of groups displayed in the chart

How to use:

1. In the report edit page
2. Enter a number in the “Limitation” field, let’s say you entered 5
3. This will return the first 5 groups according the sorting you applied

4- Custom Unit in Number Field 📏

Main functionality

1. It gives you the ability to add any desired unit to a number field making the numbers easier to understand for all users

How to use:

• In an already existing or while creating a new Number type field
  1. In the unit field enter the desired unit
  2. The numbers in this field will now be displayed with the unit you entered.

5- Next Month Filter 📅

Main functionality

1. It gives the user the ability to filter according to Date Type field with dates in the next calendar month.

How to use:

1. Go to the view you wish to filter
2. Click filter
3. Select the date field you’d like to filter according to
4. Select “Is” as the operator
5. From the date menu select next month
6. The result from next calendar month will be displayed
