Marketing and Growth Manager

Seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to lead Workiom’s growth initiatives in Turkey and Saudi Arabia markets.

Workiom is actively operating in two primary markets: Turkey and Saudi Arabia, focusing on sales-led growth strategies to drive revenue while developing a product-led growth (PLG) strategy for global user acquisition and expansion.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Growth Manager with a strong B2B SaaS background to lead growth initiatives. This role will drive lead generation and revenue growth in Turkey and Saudi Arabia while scaling Workiom’s global user base. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, managing a high-performing team, optimizing marketing processes, and leveraging data analytics to maximize impact.

This position requires expertise in regional revenue growth and global user acquisition, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and marketing teams. The candidate should be adept at switching between high-level planning and practical execution to enhance Workiom’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization to enhance user acquisition and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for PLS (regional revenue growth) and PLG (global user acquisition).
  • Optimize lead generation campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates through data-driven approaches.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and results.
  • Collaborate with operations managers in Turkey and Saudi Arabia to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and event marketing.
  • Partner with the product team to enhance user onboarding and engagement for global markets.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to improve workflows and campaign execution.
  • Craft and unify Workiom’s brand message across regional and global markets to maintain consistency and impact.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, gather insights, and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Disciplined executor with a results-driven mindset.
  • Fast responder with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communicator, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong knowledge of PLS and PLG strategies and experience working with sales and product teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; Turkish is a plus.
