Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and email communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, marketing, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position the company's products and services
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the company's products and services
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective clients to showcase Workiom's solutions and progress deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Perform site visits to the customers offices if needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the B2B sales in SaaS industry.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Turkish and English languages is required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience or -at least- familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields is preferred
