Main Job

We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Sales Executive to build and manage long-term, trusting relationships with our existing and potential enterprise customers. Enterprise Solution Sales Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, oversee their onboarding on the system, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Workiom is a cloud no-code platform to manage a company’s data and processes. You will be responsible for performing inbound and outbound sales in Turkey and the MENA region for enterprises of 250+ employees.


  • Develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans supporting company goals and quota objectives.
  • Prepare Sales Pitches and Solution presentations
  • Implement technical solution prototypes and demos on the system and oversee delivery requirements.
  • Onboard new customers on the system and follow up on their activation.
  • Engage effectively entire sales personnel to develop and implement customer account plans.
  • Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and execute sales processes and activities effectively.
  • Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within an enterprise.
  • Generate and manage new businesses within assigned accounts.
  • Identify, develop and approve to develop and manage sales strategy.
  • Report and forecast sales every week and month.
  • Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Attain knowledge of clients’ business and information security environment.
  • Identify client referrals and coordinate communication with the sales teams.
  • Define and convey additional client training programs.
  • Manage and update customer relationship tools for each client interaction.
  • Process sales order information accurately.
  • Develop relations with solution partners to identify client needs and develop solutions.


  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience
  • 5+ Years

Experience Domain

  • An extensive network of relations within the Information Technology sector.
  • Worked for at least five years in sales in the sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT tools used by sales teams in the sector.
  • Turkey experience
